Our services involve professional consultancy, documentation processing, and administrative support. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Payment made but service not initiated
- Cancellation requested before documentation processing begins
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Government fees or third-party charges
- Application rejection by authorities
- Client-provided incorrect information
- Services already delivered or initiated
- Change of mind after processing begins
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- Service has started but not completed
- Administrative work has already been performed
Administrative and processing fees may be deducted.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
7 to 14 business days
Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
