Our services involve professional consultancy, documentation processing, and administrative support. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Payment made but service not initiated
  • Cancellation requested before documentation processing begins

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Government fees or third-party charges
  • Application rejection by authorities
  • Client-provided incorrect information
  • Services already delivered or initiated
  • Change of mind after processing begins

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Service has started but not completed
  • Administrative work has already been performed

Administrative and processing fees may be deducted.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

7 to 14 business days

Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
